Just a few weeks left!!

Can you believe it? We're now just a little over two weeks away from our 58th Annual Art in the Park on Monday, August 4th, 2025! The excitement is building, and we can't wait to see all your amazing artwork at Waterfront Heritage Park in Bronte.

As you're preparing for the show, we wanted to remind you of a few important items to help ensure everything goes smoothly:

Please take a moment to:

We know you're busy preparing your beautiful work, but these resources contain all the essential details about setup times, parking, equipment requirements, and more. Taking a few minutes to review them now will save you (and us!) time later and help make your show day experience as smooth as possible.

Don't forget to:

  • Double-check all your equipment and display materials
  • Ensure you have proper tent weights (staking is prohibited by the Town of Oakville)
  • Confirm your setup time slot based on your booth number

We're here to help make this an incredible show for everyone, and being well-prepared is the first step to a successful day!

  Art in the Park 2025: The Artists Are Selected and We're BUZZING! OH. MY. GOODNESS. IT'S HAPPENING!
