From the moment the first tent went up at 6:30 AM (yes, we see you early risers, coffee cups in hand, already making magic happen) to the final piece being carefully packed away at closing time, you transformed Waterfront Heritage Park into something that can only be described as pure artistic wonderland. SET-UP   This year as usual, in order to minimize congestion, there will be two arrival time slots.  Congestion during set-up has been a major complaint from many exhibitors for several years.  Also the Town of Oakville insists that no visitors can be on the field while there are cars on it.  For safety reasons, the Town requires a half-hour separation between visit...

Here are some important updates: 1 – Higgins Rentals . IMPORTANT DEADLINE: If you are renting from Higgins, or plan to do so, please take note that the last day for artists to order is now FRIDAY JULY 26 TH at 2pm . Please check for anything you might need and order before then. They will be removing the online order form at 3pm from the website. 2 – a few artists have asked me for the social media graphics to promote art in the park. This event is going to be a blast, and we can't wait to see all your incredible artwork on display. Time to Gear Up! Before the big day, it’s a good idea to check your equipment, art pieces, and sales systems. Our professional artists might already be on top of this, but here’s a friendly reminder checklist to make sure everything's in tip-top shape: Display Tent: Check for any tears or missing parts. Tables and Stands: Make sure they’re sturdy and ready to hold your masterpieces. Art Pieces: Ensure all your artwork is in perfect condition and ready to wow the crowd. Sales Systems: Test your card readers, swipe terminals, and any other payment systems you plan to use. Lighting: If you’re planning on using any, make sure it’s all working and fully charged.
