Can you believe it? Art in the Park Oakville is just over a month away! We’re buzzing with excitement and we hope you are too. This event is going to be a blast, and we can't wait to see all your incredible artwork on display.
Time to Gear Up! Before the big day, it’s a good idea to check your equipment, art pieces, and sales systems. Our professional artists might already be on top of this, but here’s a friendly reminder checklist to make sure everything's in tip-top shape:
- Display Tent: Check for any tears or missing parts.
- Tables and Stands: Make sure they’re sturdy and ready to hold your masterpieces.
- Art Pieces: Ensure all your artwork is in perfect condition and ready to wow the crowd.
- Sales Systems: Test your card readers, swipe terminals, and any other payment systems you plan to use.
- Lighting: If you’re planning on using any, make sure it’s all working and fully charged. Individual booths do not have access to hydro.
Need to Rent? If you find anything missing or broken, don't worry! There's still time to rent whatever you need before the show. Reach out to local rental companies to get everything sorted. You’ve got this!
Take Care of Yourself: And don’t forget to take care of yourself! Art in the Park is going to be a huge day, full of energy and excitement. Come ready to share your passion with the world.
