We're thrilled to announce our partnership with Element Event Rentals, to make participating in Art in the Park Oakville even easier for our artists!

Set Up Made Simple

We've partnered with Element Event Solutions to provide a premium tent and equipment rental service. This partnership offers a stress-free experience for participating artists who prefer not to transport and set up their own display equipment.

How It Works

  1. Easy Ordering: Visit the  Art In The Park 2025 - Element Event Solutions   to view available options and place your order
  2. Advance Setup: Your rented tent and equipment will be delivered and professionally set up the evening before the event
  3. Ready on Arrival: When you arrive on Monday morning, your booth space will be ready for you to arrange your artwork
  4. Post-Event: Simply pack your artwork at the end of the day - Element takes care of tent and equipment removal

Available Equipment

  • Display tables in various sizes
  • Chairs and stools
  • Display walls and grids
  • Tent weights (remember, staking is not permitted in the park)

  • Questions?: Contact Element Event Solutions directly at elementeventscanada.com

This service addresses one of the most common challenges artists face when participating in outdoor shows: transportation and setup of display equipment. Now you can focus more on your art and less on logistics!

Please note: This rental service is optional. Artists are still welcome to bring their own equipment if preferred.

Remember that all exhibitors must have proper weights to secure their tents, as staking is not permitted in Waterfront Heritage Park. Whether you rent from Element Event Solutions or bring your own equipment, please ensure your tent is properly secured for everyone's safety.

We look forward to seeing you at Art in the Park Oakville on Monday, August 4th, 2025!
